Her Space-Murphy NC
Women centered community
My journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, I’ve focused on staying true to my values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work and now I’m inviting women across Western North Carolina to join us.
Join our women-centered Facebook group and follow our page to connect with real women who get it: mothers, makers, creatives, small-business owners, and neighbors building meaningful lives. Here’s what you’ll find:
A warm, judgment-free community where messy, beautiful life is celebrated.
Local resources and events across Western NC meetups, workshops, and family-friendly outings.
Practical support: parenting tips, business encouragement, photography sessions that honor your family’s story.
Thoughtful conversations about values, self-care, creativity, and intentional living.
Weekly prompts, photo shares, and playful, real-life moments that remind you you’re not alone.
Whether you’re seeking connection, inspiration, or a place to share your voice, there’s a seat at our table. Come as you are imperfect, joyful, tired, hopeful. We’re building something lasting here, and it’s better with you in it.
Ready to join? Search our group on Facebook, request to join, and follow the page to stay in the loop. Bring a friend from Western NC and let’s grow together.

Feature Opportunities
We’re opening a FEATURE for women in Western North Carolina who want to be seen truly seen and who want to lift up a cause that matters to them. This is a chance to celebrate your story, your heart, and the work you care about, and to bring more light and awareness to the issues you hold close.
What the FEATURE looks like:
A warm, natural portrait session that captures you exactly as you are messy, joyful, real $75 goes to Her Space events/fundraisers. (Not required.)
A written spotlight that shares your voice and the cause you’re championing.
Promotion across our channels and press placements because we’re honored to have our work recognized in a range of publications, platforms, and press features, and we’ll use that reach to amplify you.
Who should apply:
Women living in Western North Carolina.
Anyone who has felt overlooked and wants to shift that feeling into visibility.
Women ready to use their platform, big or small, to raise awareness for a meaningful cause.
Why this matters: Visibility changes things it connects people, builds momentum, and creates community. When one woman is seen, others feel permission to show up, too. Your story can be the spark that helps someone else feel less alone.
