Session Details

Booking with TB.Captures begins with your initial inquiry, where we connect to understand your vision and needs. To secure your session, a $100 retainer is required; this amount is part of your overall session price and is not an additional charge. Once your date is reserved, you will receive a contract and questionnaire. The booking will be considered complete once the retainer is paid and both forms are completed. If these are not returned within 3 days of being sent, I will assume you no longer wish to proceed with the session.

Once your session is reserved, I will email you a link to a Pinterest mood board. This helps me understand your vision and create a tailored shot list based on your style preferences, such as woodsy or studio vibes. During the session, I will guide you through posing and candid moments, ensuring that the experience feels natural and captures the essence you want.

After your session, you will receive a proofing gallery via email, where you can view and select your favorite images for download. Additional images or complete albums can be purchased after the gallery is finalized. We offer rescheduling with a $50 fee per change, except in cases of weather-related cancellations. Please note that screenshotting proofs or paying to remove watermarks is illegal and will be addressed through legal action to protect the integrity of our work.
